The furthest west of all the ARCs is Pensacola Base in far west Florida, right on the border with Alabama and far from other ARC territory. Founded on the old Naval Air Station it is operated by elements of the ARC Navy and civilian settlers. To the north are numerous small Klan based settlements and to the west the ever expanding Texican Republic.
