Texican Women

Texican society is very paternal and sadly also misogynist with 'Texas Roses' expected to look after the homestead while the menfolk do the fighting. That said not all women accept their assigned place in society. A handful emigrates to the ARC or DFC where gender equality is a declared policy but most find their own way withins the socials confines of the Republic. Many become the great women behind a great man.

Others simply disguise their gender with a common policy of 'don't ask, don't tell' followed.

Daughters of the Texican Republic

This esteemed body of upstanding women oversees educational and medical facilities with the Republic. Membership is by recommendation and invitation only with the bulk of ‘daughters’ able to trace their lineage back to, at least, the early days of the Texican Republic. They are led by the dedicated and highly respected Ms. Debbie ‘Bambi’ Benton-Woods who imposes her strict Christian and moral values on the daughters
