Deltos was a mega-corporation before the collapse and has managed to survive well beyond it. It controls a large swathe of territory in Ohio and has numerous enclaves beyond that. It uses robotic units for all its activities and otherwise has no contact with the outside world unless it initiates it. Those who have been contacted by Deltos claim that a few humans control a massive cyber-Empire run on ruthless profit driven principles and that humans are mere commodities to them. No one knows for sure who is not part of Deltos.
